I am dreading a day like you've experienced for my wife in the future. I care for our pets as much as she does but she had tears and emotions over one we tried to save from a garden center that never made it, She becomes overly emotionally attached (which may not be a bad thing). I would hate to imagine how she is going to be after having one that long. ~cry-bwl ~cry-bwl Such sad news for you to post on here.
"but I don't wish to be mad" Alice remarked.. "we can't help that" replied the cat, "you're mad, I'm mad, we're all mad here"...

Had vet ,send away for PM,he tells me the found nothing wrong, just very old ,a little over weight ,but did say they know little about the species ,it's the first one they'd seen .
But worse ,had another put down with prolapse [another old female]
Did get a nice young one from wriggles they had two, managed to get one of them,so thats life as they say !
Thanks for all the kind replys,
