YBS- Small wound on head?

Post by beckiegreen23 » Mon May 09, 2016 11:48 pm

Hi,

I was cleaning out my female yellow bellied slider tonight and noticed a small wound on her head. Slightly worried and can't find anything on the internet that looks the same. Just want to make sure its just a simple wound and not anything major like an infection?

Hi, is there a basking area in the tank (rather than an above tank one), and if so what's it made of? Looks like a fairly small and insignificant injury so with clean water and plenty of basking it should heal up perfectly well on it's own ~thmbu
