Rom, my female ornate wood turtles sit warming their hind quarters under the lamp when they are building up to laying.

Are you keeping them together or individually? When I keep hatchlings I like to try and keep them individually so I can monitor how much they are eating rather than weighing them. I found keeping an individual hatchling in a washing up bowl is quite good.

It's a coura falvomarginata, it should be kept in a terrestrial set up with a should pond or tray for bathing. It's an omnivorous animal who's diet should consist of vegetable matter with some meat. This one has a very over grown beak and looks in a pretty poor condition.
